TerraTurkey DMC was born from the meeting of two complementary minds and two different worlds.
Gökçen, trained as an engineer and deeply connected to Turkey’s destinations, spent years mastering the art of seamless operations. His structured mindset, analytical approach, and calm precision became the backbone of every experience he shaped.
Giulia, born in Italy’s Veneto region, brought a global outlook shaped by her marketing background and roots in luxury hospitality. With her talent for creativity and understanding international guests, she added depth, emotion, and refinement to every journey.
Together, they discovered a shared passion: designing experiences that feel personal, inspired, and flawlessly executed, that became the foundation of TerraTurkey DMC.
As their vision evolved beyond a single destination, that same philosophy naturally expanded across borders. From this evolution, Altrove was born: a reflection of their shared ambition to bring the same precision, creativity, and European clarity to international events and incentive experiences worldwide.
